After a lot of asking and a lot of organising we finally have our first loose nut based product! Ground almonds are an absolute staple in many a baking recipe and even in some delicious savoury dishes.
They are of course, as almonds always are, extremely delicious and they have a very soft texture which makes them particularly good for baking. Some bakers also use them as a great naturally gluten free alternative to wheat based flours!
These arrive to us having been packed in an environment which also handles gluten, soya, sesame seeds, and other nuts.
We do not handle peanuts, sesame, or soya on-site but cannot guarantee that of our suppliers.
