This Organic Spelt Fusilli comes straight from the masters at Pastificio Carleschi, another local gem working very closely with us. Using Spelt Flour gives their pasta a beautiful taste and uses ancient hardy grains native to Britain which are seeing a well deserved resurgence of late. Instructions from Giovanni himself is to cook for just 8 minutes for the perfect al dente pasta.

They deliver our pasta to us in bulk entirely plastic free and are really committed to supporting British agriculture by using resilient and often overlooked ancient grains such as spelt, and einkorn.
Crucially this pasta is also entirely VEGAN FRIENDLY as its made without egg and naturally air dried!
